The math is simple
The simplest pricing in snail mail.
Starter is 3% per transaction. No monthly fees. No setup fees. Out of every $17 your subscriber pays, we take 51 cents. That's it. Professional Studio trades a small monthly fee for an even lower per-order fee. See all plan details. We don't make money until you do. (Plus the standard credit card processing fee, about 30 cents + 2.9%, same as Etsy, Shopify, or anywhere else that takes cards. Outside the US, Stripe's processing fees vary by country — check Stripe's pricing page for your country. We don't add anything to it.)

What does it actually cost?+
Starter (free): $0/mo + 3% per transaction. 1 club, up to 40 members, 2 tiers. Professional Studio: $19.97/mo + 2.25%. Up to 3 clubs, 500 members per club, 5 tiers, order bump at checkout, 3-email recovery sequence. You never pay SnailMailHQ until your subscribers pay you.
Can I sell single prints, not just a club?+
Yes, with Professional Studio. Each item gets its own page with a hero image, your price, and your shipping amount. Starter is for the club.
Is SnailMailHQ a marketplace?+
No, and that is on purpose. We don't bring you shoppers the way Etsy can. You bring your people, and we give them a place to buy and to join.
Do I own my member list?+
Yes. Export anytime, no questions asked.
What happens if I want to leave?+
Cancel anytime. Take your members. You can even keep their founding price by emailing me first — I want artists to win.
Do you support international shipping?+
Yes. Your tier price stays the same for everyone. In Settings → Shipping you set what postage costs to your own country, across the border, and everywhere else. A member outside your country pays your tier price plus that shipping. You ship it — we handle the payment.
Can I run multiple clubs from one account?+
Yes. Professional Studio includes up to 3 clubs. More room is coming soon. Starter is 1 club per account.
Is there a free trial?+
There's no need for one. The Starter plan is free until your first paying subscriber. If nobody subscribes, you never pay a cent. If someone does subscribe, we take 3% of that transaction. Professional Studio lowers that percentage further.
What payment methods do you support?+
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Cash App Pay (via Stripe).
